Our professional fee covers the work we do, assessment, documentation, drafting and filing, so it is not a deposit against a guaranteed outcome, and no honest consultancy can promise approval because the final decision sits with the visa office. What we do promise is to assess you truthfully before you pay: if your profile is not realistically eligible, we tell you upfront rather than taking the fee. Where a refusal is caused by our error, we re-file at no extra professional charge. Government fees, once paid to the authorities, are non-refundable by them, not by us.

Either works. Most clients run the entire process remotely over WhatsApp, email and video calls, and we have approved hundreds of applications for people we never met in person. If you prefer to sit across the table, our Banjara Hills office is open six days a week and you are welcome to bring your documents and family. You choose, the quality of work is identical.

One transparent professional fee covers everything we do: your eligibility assessment, university or programme shortlisting where relevant, statement and document drafting and review, application filing, and coordination with the university or visa office through to a decision, plus a post landing or arrival brief. The only things billed separately are third-party government and institutional charges (visa fees, biometrics, IELTS, credential evaluations, university deposits), which you always pay directly to those bodies at actuals. We never add a margin on top of them.

It does not end at the visa. Every package includes an arrival brief tailored to your destination, opening a bank account, getting your local student ID, finding accommodation, registering with the city, and settling into campus for your first weeks. We stay reachable after you land, and many families come back to us for a younger sibling’s next application.

A typical listing agent forwards your file to a sub-agent, promises whatever you want to hear, and disappears after taking an advance. We are a registered consultancy with named, accountable counsellors who handle your case directly. We give you an honest eligibility read before you pay, quote one fixed fee with no surprise extras, and show you real, verifiable approvals from clients across Telangana. If we do not think a route will work for you, we say so.

Yes. Abroad is a government registered study abroad consultancy and an ICEF certified agency, and our work is handled in line with the student-visa rules of each destination, for example, UK files follow current UKVI guidance. You are welcome to verify our registration before you engage us; we encourage it. Trusting your future to an unregistered operator is the single biggest avoidable risk in this industry.
